Ethiopian Harrar Longberry

From the birthplace of coffee, this Ethiopia Harrar delivers that much sought after wild, fruit-forward style.  A traditional dry or natural processed coffee, it is characterized as a bit “winey” yet smooth with a delightful lingering finish.

The Harrar region is located in the Eastern Highlands portion of Ethiopia’s Oromia Zone. This Longberry comes from heirloom arabica coffee cherries, sun dried on raised beds, and carefully tilled by hand to ensure that it is uniformly dried.
